Calma la mente, facilita la disolución de bloqueos y deja al cuerpo en un estado de serena presencia con una cálida sensación de unidad e integración con el entorno. Su duración oscila entre un mínimo de 45 minutos y un máximo de 2 horas; precisa un espacio cerrado para cuidar la cualidad del sonido aunque también puede darse en un exterior tranquilo y silencioso. Es una actividad llevada por Elena Teixidor y otro músico acompañante. Es ideal para retiros, días de silencio, eventos privados y sanaciones grupales.
