“What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides a well”.

I would love for you to enter with us into the heart of silence. The desert invites us to empty ourselves, to let go of burdens, to calm the excess of thoughts and worries. I invite you to feel how the sand pulses, to listen to the whispers of the wind on the dunes and to contemplate the infinite horizon of the golden sunsets.

Emptying. Rebirth

THROUGH THE SOUND OF SILENCE

That is the mastery that the desert brings, its frequency… It brings us back to the essence of being born again. Every day is an infinite field of possibilities.

TESTIMONIALS

ELENA RETREAT 2023 ATTENDERS

Thank you so so much again Elena. It was such a special and wonderful experience. All of it. It felt like a warm bath and I miss your bright being already.

Joanna

I was very nervous about going to a retreat for the first time, but after spending six fantastic days with Elena I got so many tools to ground, flow, feel and love that I am a different person. Every cell in my body has changed and she keeps on giving us tools even after the retreat. I wouldn’t have missed it for the world and it is not the last time she crossed my life and heart. I love her.

Suzzane

I cannot describe in words the magic of this retreat. So much love, joy, openness and connection ❤️ it is a retreat like no other. I feel more connected to the elements than ever. It was a deep dive into myself, yet every activity was so joyfull and light. It was never a struggle, only a guideance to find your inner joy, love and happiness. The retreat was full of exceptional experiences! Yoga and qichong, guided by sound of course, but so much more! Dancing, movement, respiration, temazcal! The activities were perfectly balanced with free time, to integrate and enjoy the island.
