Would you like to join us for a unique retreat in an unknown Ibiza? I’ll be waiting for you in front of the sea, at Can Cesar, in Santa Eulalia, a magical villa from where you can do yoga looking at the ocean every morning, participate in powerful ceremonies and meditations, have a massage or take a walk on the beach? October is a beautiful time to visit the island while it is still warm, there are not too many people, and the water has an excellent temperature for a swim.

THE RETREAT WILL BE IN ENGLISH AS WELL AS IN SPANISH, IF NEEDED.
THE PLACE
The villa is located in a beautiful garden in front of the sea, with swimming pool and Yoga deck.
FREE OPTION
Enjoy the possibility of attending the entire retreat (meals and activities) without including
accommodation. This possibility is subject to the space available once the house is full.
Also, on one of the days, the Ecstatic Dance activity will be open to the Ibiza community so
that together we can enjoy a magical afternoon celebration.

Your heart generates the most powerful and extensive electromagnetic field in your body. It is
a compass, a lighthouse… It is important to remember its language. Its frequency is directly
related to the Earth and nature vibrational field. This is why through the journey of the five
elements I invite you to tune back into your essence.
DAY 1. ARRIVAL. Welcome circle.
DAY 2. EARTH ELEMENT. Foundations.
Vital life force energy. Grounding, stability and security.
Shamanic and grounding work.
Earth ceremony: connecting to the source
DAY 3. WATER ELEMENT. Emotions.
Flow, flexibility and pleasure. The connection with others.
Letting go, opening space to renovate yourself.
Water ceremony: codify the water
DAY 4. FIRE ELEMENT. Purify and transform.
Will power, commitment and manifestation.
The power of alchemy.
Fire ceremony: Agnihotra fire (Vedic tradition).
DAY 5. AIR ELEMENT. Unity and expansion.
Heart coherence and intuition, the inner intelligence.
Breathing and loving awareness. Higher mind and vision.
Air ceremony: listen to the heart’s wisdom.
ETHER
The original element, the unlimited source. Sound and vibration.
It will be included every day as it facilitates all the others, a container to coexist.
DAY 6. DEPARTURE. Closing circle.
THE FOOD
Count on healthy and delicious vegetarian food entirely related to the element of the day, helping to promote, in combination with aromas and activities, a total immersion into its qualities.

making your reservation.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- A lot of love.
- Six days, five nights accommodation.
- Brunch and dinner. Tea, coffee, water, nuts, and fruit will always be available.
- Daily Yoga and Qigong (not skills needed).
- Daily Meditations and ceremonies.
- Daily aromatherapy: 7 chakras powerful composes and indications, available to use.
- Daily element ritual, including in one of them a unique Cacao ceremony.
- Ecstatic dance.
- 7 chakras self-peeling. Guided activity with powerful aromatherapy, oil and Himalayan salt.
- 5 Element Audio guided meditations (created by myself).
- A special workshop where I will create an approaching to Sound healing with many different instruments.
- OPTIONAL: An activity, boat trip or Temazcal (depending on the weather), as a fee-based activity.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Massage service at the villa by a private masseur. This will need to be booked in advance and payment directly made to the massager.
Additionally you can book hiking tours, Kayak Adventure or just ask to personalize your experience.
PRACTICAL INFO
- Arrival: Tuesday 8th October, from 16.00
- Departure: Sunday 13nd, 10.30-11.00. If needed, your baggage could be kept at
the house for some hours until your flight departure. - Niu Blau, the local beach, is only 5 minutes away, walking along the beautiful coastal path.
- Santa Eulalia town centre and harbour are less than a 10 minute walk, and the supermarket is only 200m away.
- The villa Can Cesar is surrounded by a beautiful garden in front of the sea, with a swimming pool and a Yoga deck.
- It can accommodate 11-12 guests in the main house. Two apartments near the house will be available if more participants attend.
THE MAIN HOUSE INCLUDES:

- 5 bathrooms
- 1 big kitchen
- 1 big living room where it is possible to practice Yoga when the weather is not so good.
- Yoga and chill-out areas in the garden and by the pool.

Booking and cancellation Policy
- The reservation procedure requires a deposit of 30% of the total price.
- If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
- The rest of the payment should be paid by bank transfer before September 1 st .
