Exploring the universe of frequencies and vibrations.
While working with sound offers a powerful tool for healing and transformation, the chakras represent a great guideline to work with energy.
Our programme will flow from the grounding Root Chakra to the expansive and transcendent Crown Chakra with two daily sessions. Through sound baths, mantras, and the healing frequencies of instruments like the hang drum, quartz singing bowls, gongs…we will connect deeply with the energy within us, guiding our journey toward the joy of life in a balance a creative way.
THE RETREAT WILL BE IN ENGLISH AS WELL AS IN SPANISH, IF NEEDED.
THE PLACE
The villa is located in a beautiful garden in front of the sea, with swimming pool and Yoga deck.
NON RESIDENTIAL OPTION
Enjoy the possibility of attending the entire retreat (meals and activities) without including accommodation. This possibility is subject to the space available once the house is full.

THE FOOD
Count on healthy and delicious vegetarian food entirely related to the element of the day, helping to promote, in combination with aromas and activities, a total immersion into its qualities. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements and communicate it when making your reservation.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Massage service at the villa by a private masseur. To be booked in advance and payment directly made to the massager.

PRACTICAL INFO
- Arrival: Sunday 26th, from 16.00
- Departure: Friday 31st, 10.30-11.00. If needed, your baggage could be kept at
the house for some hours until your flight departure. - Niu Blau, the local beach, is only 5 minutes away, walking along the beautiful coastal path.
- Santa Eulalia town centre and harbour are less than a 10-minute walk, and the supermarket is only 200m away.
- The villa Can Cesar is surrounded by a beautiful garden in front of the sea, with a swimming pool and a Yoga deck.
- It can accommodate 11-12 guests in the main house. Two apartments near the house will be available if more participants attend.

- 1 big living room where it is possible to practice Yoga when the weather is not so good.

Booking and cancellation Policy
- The reservation procedure requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
- If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
- The rest of the payment should be cash payment before 15th September
