What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00 pm onwards. Departures are on Thursdays and Sundays at 10:30 am. To help create a restful atmosphere, the venue will observe quiet hours from midnight until breakfast.

Can I stay in a campervan or bring a tent?

We have a limited number of spaces available for campervans, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that bathroom facilities will be shared and there are no electrical hook-ups available for vehicles. Camping in tents will not be available during this edition of the retreat.

What kind of accommodation is included?

The monastery offers simple, charming rooms full of character. Accommodation is available in either twin rooms (with two single beds) or private single rooms.

Can I bring my children?

For this edition, the retreat is intended as an adults-only experience. Unfortunately, we don't currently have the facilities or resources needed to provide appropriate activities and support for younger children, so we've chosen to create a space dedicated entirely to adults.

What should I bring?

August is usually warm during the day, with cooler evenings, so we recommend packing accordingly. Can I join for just a few days?

We currently offer the three accommodation packages listed on our website. However, two activities can be attended independently: the Ecstatic Dance and 5Rhythms sessions. If you've booked a package and find that you'd like to stay an extra day, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it possible.
